Dear Church Family:
At the Church in Business meeting on January 26, 2008, the members approved a renovation plan recommended by the Plant Committee and the Church Board. Dear Church Family:
At the Church in Business meeting on January 26, 2008, the members approved a renovation plan recommended by the Plant Committee and the Church Board. This plan is quite extensive and was approved to be completed in three phases, with each phase to be completed as funds become available. The three phases are:

    Phase I - Roof repair, entry/foyer, sanctuary/platform, and audio/video room (located on the north side of the balcony)
    Phase II - Kitchen remodel and update lighting in the fellowship hall.
    Phase III - Update Sabbath School classrooms.

We are actively raising funds to cover Phase I – $370,000.00, which  includes the following:

Roof repair
There are approximately 20 areas in the entire complex that require roof repair. These repairs will prevent leaks, further dry rot, or other damage to the buildings. This will be the first step before any other work is performed.

Brightening of the entry/foyer area
Plans include changing the lighting to brighten up the foyer, installing new glass doors to let in the sunshine, installing larger windows in the doors leading into the sanctuary.

Remodeling of the sanctuary and platform
 The remodel will include expansion of the platform, improved lighting and ventilation, new choir chairs, and improved sound throughout the sanctuary. There will also be a large roll-down screen installed that will eliminate the need to remove the choir chairs when recording is taking place.

Expansion of the audio/video room
The audio/video room is Secrets Unsealed’s control room for recording. The room will be extended outward to give the recording crew more room to move around and train others to serve in this ministry.
